Who doesn't love the taste of fried rice? You can make it at home also. Now you might be wondering how to make hotel-like fried rice at home. So let us tell you that it is very easy. You can also add those vegetables to it which you like the most. So let's learn how to make fried rice at home and what ingredients we will need for it.

Ingredients to make Veg Fried Rice:

2 cups basmati rice, soaked for 20 minutes

Water

as required Salt to taste

1 tablespoon oil

1 inch ginger, chopped

2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

1 medium-sized carrot, chopped

2 cloves

¼ cup boiled sweet corn

1 cup cabbage

2 green chillies, finely chopped

1 tbsp light soy sauce

½ tsp vinegar

Beans, chopped

Salt to taste

½ tsp sugar

Method:

-First of all, soak 2 cups of rice to cook.

Then boil and cook the rice, but take care not to overcook it.

Then take a pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil in it.

-Add garlic, onion and cloves to it.

- Add green chillies and other chopped vegetables to it.

- Add turmeric, coriander powder and red chilli powder to it.

- Add some salt cover everything well and cook.

Then add rice to it.

-Fry it lightly and then add a little soy sauce and vinegar to it.

-Mix everything well and this way your fried rice will be ready.
