For gram flour pakodas:

-Take some gram flour and add some chopped onion, green chilli, grated ginger, and chopped coriander to it.

Then add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, red chili powder, and coriander powder.

- Add a pinch of baking powder and mix everything well.

-Add water slowly to make a smooth batter. It should not be too thin; A slightly thicker consistency is preferred.

-Add mustard oil to the pan. Let it heat up. Then add pakodas to it and fry it gently. Fry it and keep it aside on baking paper.

2. Kadhi Recipe:

Let us now prepare the kadhi.

Finely chop 1 small onion, 4 red chillies, a little ginger and garlic.

-Put gram flour in a bowl and add sour curd to it.

- Heat a pan on the gas and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander, carom seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and some fenugreek seeds.

- Add curry leaves and red chillies to the pan.

Then add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic to it.

-Add turmeric, coriander, and red chilli powder.

-Cook everything well.

Now add the gram flour mixture in the pan.

-Add salt and Kasuri methi.

-Cook the curry on low flame.

When it starts boiling, add prepared pakodas into it.

-If you feel the need for more sourness, you can add more curd.

- Cook everything well and then turn off the gas.
