Ingredients of Aloo Halwa
Potato – 2
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Ghee– 1 tbsp
Almond – 1 tbsp
Cashew – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Ground Green cardamom – 1/4 tsp
First boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them with light hands.
After this keep the pan on medium heat. Add ghee to it and keep it to heat. Now add mashed potatoes and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
After this, you have to add milk and sugar to it. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Lastly, add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix the halwa lightly and let the halwa cook for another 3-4 minutes.
