2 cup curd

1/2 cup cold milk

1 tsp cardamom powder

1/2 cup sugar

3 tsp malai (cream)

5-6 pieces of ice-chopped pistachios, 



How To Make Perfect Lassi: Method to make Lassi:

First of all, put curd and sugar in a vessel and whisk it well.

Now put ice cubes in curd and mix them.

After this, mix milk and cardamom powder inside the curd and beat it again.

Your Punjabi Lassi is ready. Pour it into a glass in a stream.

Add one spoonful of cream on top of the lassi and serve cold lassi.

For garnishing, use dry fruits cut into pieces.
