Potatoes – 3-4
Bread slices – 5
Garam masala – half tsp
Red chilli powder – half tsp
Salt as per taste
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
First of all, peel the potatoes. Then put two bread slices in the mixer and grind them. In this way, bread crumbs will be formed. Now mash the potatoes well. Dip the remaining bread pieces in water and take them out. Then squeeze out all the water. Now add this bread to the mashed potatoes and mix well so that the bread gets mashed in the potatoes. Now add chilli, salt as per taste, garam masala, chaat masala. Mix this mixture well. Slowly add prepared bread pieces into it. When the dough becomes soft, apply some oil on your hands. Make small balls of the bread and potato mixture. Give it a round shape. Fry lightly. Enjoy eating these balls hot. These balls are eaten with green chutney or chilli tomato sauce.
