Bread slices

Onion

Green chilli

Coriander leaves

Tomato

Capsicum

Oil

Mustard seeds

Salt

Instruction:

-First of all, cut onion, green chilli, green coriander, tomato and capsicum and keep them aside.

- Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds in it.

-When the mustard seeds start crackling, add chopped onion, green chilli, green coriander and capsicum.

-Fry them lightly and add a pinch of salt. Cook until the vegetables become soft.

- Cut the bread into small pieces and put it in the pan. Sprinkle some ghee on top.
