People usually try things like Poha, Upma, Bread Rolls, and Sandwich for breakfast. In such a situation, if you want to eat something different, then an omelet sandwich must be made.

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

2-3 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter or oil for cooking

Shredded cheese Chopped

vegetables (such as tomatoes, onions, or bell peppers, optional)

Condiments of your choice (such as ketchup or mayonnaise, optional)

Instruction:

Break eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add some butter or oil to it.

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook till they set on the bottom.

Gently lift the edges of the omelet and tilt the pan.

Once the omelet is mostly cooked but still a little runny on top, you can add any optional ingredients, such as cheese or chopped vegetables, to one-half of the omelet.

Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling to make a half-moon shape.

Press down gently with a spatula to help melt the cheese (if using) and cook for a minute or so until the omelet is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.

Take out the omelet from the pan and take it out on a plate.

If desired, bake the bread slices.

To make a sandwich, place the omelet between the bread slices.

Alternatively, you can spread condiments such as ketchup or mayonnaise on the bread slices before adding them to the sandwich.

If desired, cut the sandwich in half or into smaller pieces.

Serve an omelette sandwich and enjoy.
