Necessary Ingredients

Lemon - 8 (washed and dried)

Mustard - 3 tsp

Red chili - 20

Mustard - 1 tsp


Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp

Asafoetida - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

Sesame oil - 2 large spoon



Cut the lemon and take it out in a clean vessel and add salt to it.

After this, roast the fenugreek and red chilies one by one in the pan and grind them finely in a blender.

Now add turmeric to it and mix it with lemon.

After this, heat sesame oil in a separate pan, add mustard and asafetida, and let the mustard crackle.

Now cool the oil completely and add it to the lemon mixture.

Store the pickle in a clean, dry glass or ceramic vessel.

Your lemon pickle is ready.

Always use a clean and dry spoon to remove it.
