Material:

2 or 4 rotis

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 finely chopped green chilli

4-5 curry leaves

1 big chopped onion

Half teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon chilli

Salt as per taste

Finely chopped coriander

1 lemon

Recipe

  • First of all, break the remaining rotis into small pieces. These pieces should not be too fine or too big.
  • After this, put the pan on the gas. Add some oil and when the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • Now add chopped onion to it and fry it until it turns light brown.
  • Now add bread pieces to it. Add turmeric, chilli and salt to it.
  • Mix it well up and down.
  • Cook the rotis for some time. If you like to eat it a little crispy, then let the rotis become crisp on low flame.
