Although we all make tawa roti at home, you can also easily make tandoori roti at home and that too in the cooker. So let's know about its recipe.

To make Tandoori Roti in a pressure cooker, first, mix one tablespoon of salt in wheat flour. Then take a bowl and add one tablespoon of curd, add water to it, and dilute it. Beat it well. Now knead the dough with this curd-water mixture. Believe me, this trick will make your tandoori roti as soft and tasty as the restaurant one.

You can also knead the dough without adding baking soda. Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it for about half an hour. Place the pressure cooker on the stove and keep the flame on low.

Meanwhile, roll out some balls of dough and make medium-sized rotis. Stick two or three rotis together on the walls of the pressure cooker.

For this, apply water on one side of the rotis and spread it. Carefully stick the rotis to the walls of the pressure cooker, one by one. - Keep the gas flame medium and cover the pressure cooker with a lid. Be sure to remove the whistle of the lid. In this way, the rotis will be cooked and puffed up in about 3 to 4 minutes.

To brown the rotis and form black spots on them, open the lid of the pressure cooker and place it on the gas flame. Using tongs, carefully remove the loaves.

In this way, you can make tandoori rotis at home with the help of a pressure cooker. With this technique, soft and tasty rotis will be made just like in restaurants.
