Grated Carrot - One kg
Milk Full Cream - Half Liter
Sugar - 200 g
Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios:
Cardamom Powder - Half tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation: -
First of all, put a glass of water in the cooker and cook the carrots in it till one whistle.
After this, cool the carrot and squeeze out all its water.
Now heat ghee in a pan.
Now fry the carrot in it till it becomes light red.
After this, add milk and keep stirring it till the milk dries up.
Now add sugar to it and mix it well.
Lastly, add cardamom powder and dry fruits to it.
In this way your carrot pudding is ready.
