Recipe: If you want to make spinach in a different style then try garlic spinach, it tastes amazing!

Spinach is a vegetable which is rich in nutrition. Most of the people try the same recipe of spinach, eating which many times leads to boredom. Therefore, today we have brought the recipe of Garlic Spinach for you which is very delicious in taste.


200 grams spinach

30 grams of fenugreek leaves

1 teaspoon asafoetida

4 teaspoons oil

Finely chopped onion

2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste

3 teaspoons gram flour

2 teaspoons coriander powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Finely chopped tomatoes

1/ 4 cups curd

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt as per taste


-Start by boiling water in a pan. Wash spinach and fenugreek leaves and put them in boiling water. Once they are boiled well, cool them in cold water and then strain them. Grind them in a mixer and make puree.

- Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and then add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Fry until the onion becomes soft.

Now add gram flour to this pan and fry it. Mix turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder. Stir well for one minute.

-Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add prepared spinach puree in it.

-Mix garam masala, curd and salt. Cook for a while until the flavours mix.

- Heat oil for tadka in a separate pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and Kashmiri red chilli. Fry them and add this seasoning to the spinach vegetable. Mix well.

-Your hot and delicious Garlic Palak Sabzi is ready to serve.
