Many times we feel like eating spicy and tasty food and different types of dishes come to our mind. Today we are going to tell you about a wonderful dish which is very delicious. We are talking about Chinese Bhel. You can easily make it at home and both children and adults will like it.

Material:

Noodles – 1 cup

Capsicum – ½ finely chopped

Carrot – 1 finely chopped

Onion – 1 finely chopped

Garlic – 3-4 cloves (finely chopped)

Soy sauce – 1½ tsp

Cabbage – 1 cup

Schezwan Chutney – 1 large Tablespoon

Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – ½ tsp

Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp

Refined Oil – for frying

Salt as per taste

Instruction:

-First of all, add water and a few drops of refined oil in a big open vessel and boil it.

When the oil is hot, add a pinch of salt and noodles. Boil the noodles for 5-7 minutes.

-Drain the water from the noodles and wash them once with cold water.

- Heat oil for frying in a pan and fry the noodles on medium flame until they become crispy.

-Add 2 tablespoons of refined oil in another pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic to it and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Now add all the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.

-Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and schezwan chutney. Mix well and turn off the flame.

-Add this vegetable mixture to fried noodles, mix well and serve hot as an evening snack.
