Grind the bread slices in a mixer and add the bread powder to the potato and sweet corn mixture.
Soak the poha in water for a while, then take it out, squeeze out the excess water, and add it to the potato and sweet corn mixture.
Add a little gram flour to the mixture for binding and mix well.
Mix finely chopped green chilies, ginger, chaat masala, fresh coriander, and salt as per taste in this paste.
Flatten the mixture with your hands and give it the shape of a round tikki.
Place a non-stick pan or kadhai on the stove, add some oil to it, and heat it.
When the oil is hot, put the tikkis in the pan and cook on medium to low flame.
Cook the tikkis until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Once they are cooked well and turn golden brown, remove them from the pan.
Your sweet corn tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with sauce or green chutney.
