Flour - 250 grams

Onion - 100 grams

Ghee - Oil - 100 grams

Salt - as per taste

Green chili - 5-6

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Green coriander - 50 grams

An easy method of making potato paratha:

First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them in a pressure cooker. Once the potatoes are cooked, peel them and put them in a pot. Then, mash the potatoes and let them cool like barfi, and then keep them in the refrigerator.

Now finely chop the onions and green chillies. Then, add finely chopped onion, green chili, red chili, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala to the potatoes taken out from the fridge and add green coriander and leave it aside.

Now prepare the dough by kneading it. The dough should be a little soft so that the potato mixture can be filled in it.

Make a small ball of the dough and roll it into a round shape.

Now add the potato mixture as per its size and then cover it from all sides and roll it out. Do not put too much pressure on the rolling pin and prepare it by rolling it with light hands.

Then, slowly pour it on the hot tawa.

When the paratha is cooked on one side, turn it over and apply ghee or oil with a spoon.

When the paratha is cooked on one side, turn it and apply ghee or refine it with a spoon. Then apply ghee on the other side and let it cook till it becomes crisp.

Now you can serve it with chutney, sauce, or curd.
