Recipe: If you like sour-sweet pickle of chili, prepare it this way in minutes
- Green chili 250 grams
- 1/4 cup Cumin powder
- 1/4 cup Sesame oil
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 cup Coriander powder
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 cup vinegar
First of all, wash and wipe the chilies thoroughly, so that its water dries up. Cut them equally from the middle. Now mix vinegar and jaggery in a vessel and put it on the flame. You have to cook it while stirring till the jaggery gets completely dissolved in the vinegar.
Then take a pan, add oil to it and heat it. In this you have to put chopped chilies and increase the flame and fry the chilies well. Now add cumin, coriander and salt to it and mix it well while stirring it with a spoon.
After this, you have to put the prepared solution of jaggery and vinegar in it and keep cooking till it comes to a boil. After that turn off the flame. Take your sour-sweet pickle is ready.
