Recipe: If you feel like eating something sweet then make Paneer Malai Laddu, note down the recipe!



Many people like to eat sweets. Be it young or old, everyone's mouth waters at the sight of sweets. Apart from this, when sweets are made at home, their taste increases even more. In such a situation, you can easily make Paneer Malai Laddu at home. You will not need much material for this. So let us know how you can make it.


250 grams paneer

500 grams milk

1 cup milk powder

Half cup sugar

Cardamom powder


- First of all, take fresh cheese. Instead of mashing the cheese, grate it.

Now put cottage cheese in a pan and add all the milk. Mix cheese and milk well.

-Cook the mixture of cheese and milk on medium flame while stirring continuously for about 3-4 minutes.

- Now add 1 cup milk powder in it, which will make it creamy.

-Cook it on low flame for about 6-7 minutes until it becomes slightly thick.

-Add sugar as per taste or about half a cup of sugar in it.

-After adding sugar the mixture will release water again. Cook it on high flame for 5-6 minutes.

-When the mixture thickens well, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder to it.

-When it becomes lukewarm, shape it into laddu, because it can become hard when it cools completely.

-You can also add any chopped dry fruit of your choice in Laddu.
