The taste of gram flour barfi is very amazing and you can prepare it quickly at home. Its taste is liked by everyone from children to adults. Let us know how to make gram flour barfi.

Gram flour barfi recipe:

Material:

1 bowl gram flour

1 bowl sugar

1 bowl desi ghee

Half bowl mawa (khoya)

4 tbsp milk

1 tsp cardamom powder

Some chopped dry fruits

Recipe:

First of all, sieve the gram flour through a thick strainer.

Take gram flour in a big bowl and add milk and 2 tablespoons of desi ghee to it. Then mix it so that no lumps are formed after adding gram flour.

Pour the remaining desi ghee into a pan and add the gram flour mixture into it.

Fry the gram flour on low flame till it becomes pink in color and smell.

After frying the gram flour well, add mawa and fry again.

Add milk on low flame and mix well.

Add sugar to it and add 1/2 cup water to make syrup.

Add cardamom powder to it and make syrup on low flame.

After making the syrup, add the syrup to the gram flour-mawa mixture and mix well.

Let the mixture cool slightly and then spread it in a greased tray.

Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and give it the shape of barfi.

Now let it cool and then cut it into small pieces.
