Material:

Bread slices – 2

Milk – 1 cup

Milk powder – 1 tbsp

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Chopped dry fruits – 1 tbsp

Dry rose petals – 1 tsp

Method:

-First of all, take slices of bread and cut their edges with the help of a knife.

Then cut the bread diagonally. Now take a non-stick pan, add desi ghee in it and heat it on medium flame.

-When the ghee melts and becomes hot, add diagonally cut bread pieces into it. Bake the bread until it turns golden brown on both sides.

- Bake the bread on low flame until it becomes crisp.

-Put some ghee in another pan and heat it. Then add diagonally cut bread slices into it and toast them from both sides until they turn golden brown.

- Bake the bread on low flame until it becomes crisp.

- Put some ghee in a separate pan and heat it. Then add milk in it and let it boil.

When the milk boils, add milk powder. Cook milk for 3-4 minutes.

-When the milk thickens and attains a rabri-like consistency, add the roasted bread slices and mix them well with the milk.

-Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if necessary and let it cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

-Cover the pan when it boils. When the bread grains become soft and start boiling, turn off the flame.

- Garnish with finely chopped dry fruits and dry rose petals.
