Banana is often called a powerhouse of energy. If you ever feel a lack of energy or tiredness in the body, then a banana milkshake can bring freshness to you. Material:

Bananas – 2

Raw milk – 2 cups

Honey – 1 tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Cashew nuts – 4-5

Almonds – 4-5

Chopped pistachios – 1 tsp

Tutti Frutti – 1 tsp

Ice cubes – 5-6

Method:

-First of all, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.

Then take a blender jar and put chopped banana pieces in it.

-Then, add 1 teaspoon of honey and sugar as per taste in the jar and grind the ingredients.

-Once grinding, add cold milk and cardamom powder to the blender and run the mixer for about 2 minutes.

Now take a glass and add the prepared shake to it.

-Then finely chop cashews and almonds and add them to the shake and garnish with chopped pistachios and tutti frutti.

-Prepare your banana milkshake.

- Before serving, add 3-4 ice cubes to the glass.
