Poha must have been consumed many times in your breakfast, but today we have brought you the recipe of Poha Pakoda. It is also very easy to make. So let's know how you can make it.
- 1 cup poha (soaked)
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp ginger-green chili paste
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 tsp sugar
- Half tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 5 tbsp gram flour
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for dipping
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Mix soaked poha, curd, and water in a bowl and keep it covered for 20-25 minutes.
Add all the spices and other ingredients inside it except the oil for frying.
Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and white sesame seeds inside it.
Take it off the flame and mix it in the mixture of poha.
After this, heat the oil in a pan.
After adding the pakoras of the mixture, fry them on low flame till they become golden.
Likewise, fry all the pakoras.
