Recipe: Have you tasted the Matar Ki Kachori, you will forget the taste of Dal Kachori as soon as you eat it
Maida - 2 cups
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 2 cups
Green chili - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Green coriander - 4 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
kalonji - 1/2 tsp
fennel - 2 tsp
bay leaf - 2
Salt - as per taste
Method of preparation: -First of all, knead the soft dough with lukewarm water. After that let it rest.
Now grind green peas, green chilies, and ginger coarsely in a mixer.
Heat oil in a pan, add a mixture of fennel, fennel, bay leaves, and green peas, and cook them for five minutes.
After this, add red chili, garam masala, coriander, and salt to it.
Later, take out the bay leaf from this mixture.
Make balls of dough and fill the mixture of green peas in it. Give it the shape of a kachori.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris in it. After frying the kachoris well, take them out of the pan and place them on paper.
In this way your delicious Kachoris are ready.
