Grated Carrie -1 1/2 cup
Kabuli Chana - 1/2 cup
Powder - 1 tsp Kalonji - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - Seven Red Chilli
Powder - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste According to
seeds - 1 tbsp Fenugreek powder - 1 tbsp
Saunf - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 1/4 cups
Method of preparation:
- First of all, in a large bowl, mix Carrie, Turmeric Powder, and Salt and keep it for 30 minutes.
Now filter the water of Carrie and take it out in a bowl.
Now put fenugreek seeds and chickpeas in the water of Carrie and keep it covered overnight.
Now on the second day add fenugreek powder, fennel, asafoetida, fenugreek, Kashmiri red chili, red chili powder, and chickpea-fenugreek seeds in the raw carry.
Now heat mustard oil in a pan and keep it cool.
After cooling, add this oil to the mixture and mix it well.
Now keep it in a clean glass vessel for a week.
In this way your mango gram pickle is ready.
