Recipe: Have you tasted the Dahi-Bhindi curry, here is an easy way to make it


You must have eaten Bhindi ki sabzi many times, but have you ever tasted the taste of bhindi sabzi made with curd. Otherwise, today we are going to tell you the method of making delicious curd-okra curry at home. 


Ingredients required

Bhindi - 2 cups

curd - 1 cup

coriander powder - 2 tsp

chili powder - 2 tsp

gram flour - 1/2 tsp

asafoetida - 1/8 tsp curry

leaves - 5 to 7

oil - 1 t- Spoon

Cumin - 1 tsp

Rai - 1 tsp

Saunf - 1 tsp

Salt - According to taste

Green Coriander


Method of preparation: - 

First of all, boil the bhindi for five to eight minutes till it becomes soft. 

Now put water in a bowl and mix curd, coriander powder, chili powder, gram flour, and salt in it. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard, fennel, asafoetida, and curry leaves to it. After the cumin seeds crackle, add curd mixture and ladyfinger in it. After this cook it on low flame for five minutes. Later, put green coriander on top of it. In this way your delicious curd-okra curry is ready.
