Have you ever tasted moong dal water pakodas? Now this question must have come to your mind that moong dal pakodas are fine but what are these moong dal water pakodas? These are very delicious and even Golgappa fails in front of them. So let's know about their recipe

Ingredients for Moong Dal Pakoda:

1 cup moong dal

Ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, cumin (1 tsp each)

Gram flour – 1 tbsp

Baking soda – 2 pinches

Ingredients for Tart Water:

Ginger, green chillies, green coriander, lemon juice, mint leaves, tamarind and jaggery water

asafoetida, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder

Water - 2.5 liter

boondi, sweet chutney, onion

Method to make Moong Dal Pakodas:

Soak moong dal overnight. In the morning, grind soaked moong dal with ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder and cumin and make a smooth paste. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of water to make a smooth paste.

Take out the paste in a bowl and add cumin, gram flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda and asafoetida to it. Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry small round pakodas in it until they turn golden. Take out the pakodas and keep them on a plate.

Next, let's prepare the tart water:

In a blender, add ginger, green chilli, coriander, lemon juice, mint leaves, tamarind and jaggery water, asafoetida, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder and sweet chutney.

Pour the mixed mixture into a large bowl and add 2 litres of water. Mix well.

Add boondi and green coriander in water.

In the last step, dip the pakodas in the prepared masala water. Your Moong Dal Pani Pakodas are ready to enjoy!
