1 cup poha
2 boiled potatoes
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup gram flour
Green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
To make Poha Pakoda, first, take out the Poha in a bowl, wash it thoroughly and keep it aside. Now take boiled potatoes and mash them. Then add boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, roasted peanuts, chaat masala and salt as per taste. Then add gram flour solution to it. The Pakoda mixture is ready. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. Add oil when the pan is hot. Now make the pakodas in round shape and put them in hot oil. Lower the gas flame a bit so that the pakoras get cooked properly. When cooked, take it out on a plate and enjoy hot pakodas with green coriander chutney.
