Recipe: Have you ever eaten carrot cake, it tastes amazing!

Many nutrients are found in carrots. Carrots are consumed in abundance in winter. Many people like raw carrots, but children do not eat carrots. In such a situation, carrot cake can be made for them. It is very easy to make and today we have brought its recipe for you.

Material:

Carrots - 500 grams

Sugar - 250 grams

Khoya - 100 grams

Ghee - 50 grams

Milk powder - 50 grams

Coconut powder - 100 grams

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Dry fruits - 100 grams

Method:

-First of all wash and peel the carrots. Grate them finely.

- Heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits. Keep them aside after roasting.

-In the same pan, add grated carrots and cook on medium flame until all the moisture evaporates.

When the water dries completely, add sugar to the carrots and cook on medium flame until syrup forms.

- Add khoya, milk powder and roasted dry fruits to the pan. Mix well and cook for some time. Turn off the flame.

-Preheat the oven and grease the cake mould with melted butter or ghee. Place the butter paper evenly inside the mould.

- Spread half of the carrot mixture in the mould. Sprinkle coconut powder on top.

-Add remaining carrot mixture. Press it with a spoon.

- Keep the mould in the freezer for 10 minutes.

-Take a flat plate and flip the mould on it. The carrot cake will come out of the mould easily.

-Remove the butter paper. Your cake is ready. Cut it into desired shapes and serve.
