Necessary ingredients

- 1 cup water chestnut flour

- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- 2 tsp rock salt

- 1/2 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tbsp green chili finely chopped

- Oil for frying

- 2 large (thinly sliced ) Cucumber



First of all, mix water chestnut flour, red chili powder, rock salt, finely chopped green chilies, and coriander powder together. Add some water to it to prepare a thick batter. After this, heat the oil in a pan. Now put the pieces of cucumber in the batter and put them in the oil. Flip once and drain on tissue paper. Keep them aside. Before serving, put the pakoras in the oil again. When they become dark brown, take them out and serve.
