Boil the potatoes and keep them aside.

-Wash the capsicum and make a slit on the top or make a slit in the middle.

Now chop onion, green chili, and coriander leaves and keep aside.

-Take a pan and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot, add onion, green chili, and green coriander to it.

Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, red chili powder, cumin powder, and dry mango powder.

Fry everything well.

-Mash boiled potatoes and add them to the mixture. Also, add salt.

-Mix everything well and take it out on a plate. Let it cool down a bit.

-Then, you have to stuff this mixture in capsicum. For this, fill the capsicum with the mixture using a spoon, making sure each corner is filled.

Now heat some oil in a pan and add stuffed capsicum to it.
