1/4 cup (grated coconut)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp coriander
Black salt as per taste
First of all, remove the seeds from the lemon and cut it into small pieces.
Now make a paste by adding lemon, coconut, cumin, red chilli powder, sugar, green coriander and water in a grinder jar.
Lemon chutney is ready, serve it with roti.
