If you like to eat snacks with evening tea, but you have eaten biscuits, pakodas, or poha, then you must make potato veggie snacks. Although you might have enjoyed these snacks in restaurants, you should know that you can easily prepare them at home and enhance the flavor of your tea time experience. Let's learn how to make these delicious dishes in minutes.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4

Salt - 2 tbsp

Maida - 4 tbsp

Cornflour - 4 tbsp

Rice flour - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Oregano - 1 tsp

Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp

Instruction:

First of all, take 4 fresh potatoes and cut them into boat-like shapes, making 16 pieces in total. You don't need to peel the potatoes.

Now place a pan on the stove and add about 1 liter of water to it and heat it. When the water becomes hot, add 2 spoons of salt and potato pieces to it. Boil them for 5 minutes and then filter them.

In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp all-purpose flour, 4 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp rice flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp celery, 2 tsp ginger, and garlic paste. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.

When the potatoes are lukewarm, dip each piece in the batter to cover it evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, add the coated potato pieces one by one. Fry them on medium flame until golden and crisp, which should take about 1 minute. Take them out and keep them on a plate.

In another pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter, add 1/2 teaspoon oil, and sauté finely chopped garlic for a few seconds. -Then add 1 teaspoon flour to it and fry it well. Now add half a cup of milk to it and reduce the flame. After some time, when the sauce thickens, add a piece of cheese and salt as per taste. Mix it until it becomes creamy.

Your crunchy potato veggie snacks are ready to serve with a cup of tea.
