Cashew is the favorite dry fruit of many people. Cashew is also used in many food items. Roasted Masala Cashews are nutritious as well as very tasty, many people eat them very fondly. Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee/butter - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Choose good quality cashews. After this, put desi ghee or butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, slow down the flame and add cashews to the hot ghee. Now roast the cashew nuts for 4-5 minutes while stirring them with the help of a small spoon. Roast the cashews till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides. After this, turn off the gas and take out the dry fruits in a bowl.
After this add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt as per taste to the cashews and mix well. Then take out the roasted nuts in a plate on a paper napkin, so that the napkin absorbs the excess oil of the nuts. After this, let the roasted masala cashews cool completely.
