Ingrdients required

Moong Dal - 1 cup

Chopped Coriander - 1 tsp

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Chopped Green Chilli - 1 tbsp

Oil for frying

Salt - as per taste

How to make Moong Dal Pakora?

To make moong dal pakoras, first, wash the moong dal and then soak it in water for 2 hours. After this, finely chop whole coriander and black pepper. After this, finely chop the green chilies. After the fixed time, filter the soaked moong dal and remove the excess water. After this, put lentils and green chilies in the mixer and grind them finely. Remember not to make a very smooth paste of the dal.

Now put the prepared paste in a deep bowl and add green coriander, finely chopped black pepper, and mix it. After that add salt as per taste and mix. Now heat the oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, take a little of the prepared mixture in your hand, make pakodas and keep them in the pan. Now fry the pakoras till they become golden and crisp from both sides. After that take it out in a plate. Similarly, make crispy moong dal fritters from all the batter. Now serve delicious Moong Dal Pakora with green chutney.
