How to make Rice Tikki

To make leftover rice tikkis, first heat the oil in a pan. Add green chilies and chopped onions and cook for 5-6 minutes until the onions turn pink. Then add the remaining vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add cooked rice, semolina, garam masala, red chili, and salt in a bowl and mix. Add these cooked vegetables and mix. Now take a small portion of this mixture and shape it into a tikki. Now heat some oil in this tikki pan and fry it till it becomes light golden from both sides. You can also deep fry it.
