Recipe- Enjoy Almond Kulfi in summer, note down the recipe!



The weather has suddenly gotten warmer, and as a result, people are craving cool desserts more than ever. You can also enjoy Almond Kulfi this summer. It is delicious and does not take much time to make. To enhance its taste and flavour, you can also add a little rose syrup to it. So let's know about its recipe.


2 cups peeled and ground almonds

2 cups condensed milk

1 cup milk

1 cup fresh cream

15 threads saffron

6 pieces pistachios

3 tbsp boiled almonds for decoration


In a large bowl, combine ground almonds, cream and condensed milk. Mix them well until they thicken.

Keep it aside. Then take a pan and add milk into it. Heat it on high flame and boil the milk.

When the milk starts boiling, add saffron threads to it. Mix well and remove the pan from the flame. Let the mixture cool.

When it cools down, add it to the almond mixture and mix well. It should be creamy.

Take another pan and heat it on medium flame. Fry finely chopped pistachios and almonds for a few seconds.

Then, add them to the kulfi mixture, reserving some for garnishing.

Mix well and pour the mixture into kulfi moulds. Cover them with a lid or butter paper.

Place them in the freezer for about 4 hours or until set.

When set, remove the kulfi from the moulds and garnish with some pistachios and almonds.

This delicious dessert recipe can also be served with cold falooda for a better experience.
