Chutney enhances the taste of any dish. Mint chutney is quite popular, especially during the summer season, as it not only cools the body but also has many health benefits for the stomach. You can easily make it at home and today we have brought its recipe for you.

Material:

1/2 cup mint leaves

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 cup chopped coriander leaves

A small piece of ginger

2 chopped green chillies

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt as per taste

Method:

-First of all, pluck mint leaves and soak them in clean water. Wash them thoroughly.

Then take out the leaves from the water and cut them. Also, chop green chillies and green coriander.

Now squeeze lemon in a small bowl. You can also squeeze the lemon directly into the chutney while grinding.

After this, add mint leaves, green chillies, green coriander, garlic cloves and ginger pieces in a mixer jar.

Then add sugar and salt as per taste in the jar and cover it. Grind the ingredients.

-Grind the chutney until smooth. Then, take out the mint chutney in a large bowl.
