Boiled eggs - 4
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 (cut into pieces)
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 2 (chopped)
Salt - as per taste
Method of making
Cut the boiled eggs in the middle.
Now heat oil in a pan, add eggs, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Fry the eggs till golden brown and then take them out on a plate.
Now in the same pan add onion, oil, curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste and fry the spices.
After this, you have to add red chili powder, chaat masala, salt to it.
Then add fried eggs and mix them together.
