Ingredients for Masala Paste



- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

- Salt to taste

- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp Cumin Powder

- 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs

- Oil for frying

Ingredients for Curry

- 1 tsp Oil

- 1 Green Chilli

- 1 tsp Cumin

- Pinch Asafoetida

- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)

- 1 tsp Garlic

- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 1 tsp Cumin powder

- 1 tsp Coriander powder

- Red chili powder as per taste

- Salt to taste

- 2 chopped tomatoes

- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Ingredients for Tempering

- Kashmiri Red Chilli

- Rai

- Cumin

- Curry Leaves

- Fenugreek Seeds

To make masala paste, mix the ingredients and coat the boiled eggs.

Now deep fry those eggs and keep them in the tissue from which the extra oil is removed and then cut them in half.

Now heat oil in a pan and add green chili, asafoetida, onion, ginger, garlic to it.

When onions are fried, add dry spices. Cook for 30-40 seconds.

Now add tomatoes and cook till they become soft and start leaving oil.

After this, you have to put deep fry eggs inside it and coat them well with spices.

In a tadka pan, add oil, Kashmiri chilies, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and add the tempering and pour it over the egg masala.

Now your dish is ready, garnish it with coriander and serve it.
