- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
- 3 potatoes boiled
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Ghee for roasting
First of all, mix salt in buckwheat flour and knead it.
Keep in mind that the dough should not be too hard.
Now grate the boiled potatoes. Mix black pepper powder and salt inside it.
You can also add small-sized green chilies to the potato masala.
Now make a ball of buckwheat flour and spread it a little with your hand and fill it with mashed potatoes and close it well to make a ball.
You have to roll the dough with a light hand.
Heat oil in a pan and fry till it becomes golden.
