Sonth laddus are considered a healthy dish for lactating mothers and post-natal women. This recipe is a gift for those who are fond of sweet food. Let's know about its recipe.

Ingredients

Dry ginger powder (sonth) - 150 grams

Almond powder - 100 grams

Wheat flour - 2.5 cups

Grated coconut - 1 piece

Sugar powder - 1 cup

Grated jaggery - 500 grams

Pulp seeds - 100 grams

Cow ghee - 300 grams

Cardamom powder 1 tbsp

Dry fruits like raisins, pistachios, and cashews

Method

Take a heavy bottom pan and heat the cow's ghee in it.

Put jaggery seeds in it and heat them till they turn brown. Take it out of the ghee and grind it finely.

Add wheat flour to ghee in a pan, and fry till it turns light brown.

Add dry ginger powder to it and fry again for 2-3 minutes.

Add jaggery to it and stir till it melts.

- Add all the other ingredients like gum seeds, sugar powder, raisins, pistachios, cashews, and cardamom powder. Mix them properly.

Make laddoos immediately and store them in an airtight container.

Tasty dry ginger laddoos are ready.

Consume with milk for breakfast.
