Recipe: Drink chilled mango panna in summer, it will be ready in minutes!

Aam Panna is a refreshing and tangy summer drink made from raw mangoes. It is a popular drink in India known for its cooling properties and delicious taste. The easy recipe for making aam panna is as follows:


2 raw mangoes

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/2 tsp black salt

1/4 tsp black pepper powder 

Mint ice cubes for garnish

  • Wash raw mangoes and cook them in a pressure cooker till they become soft. Alternatively, you can boil them in a pot of water till soft.
  • When the mangoes are ripe and cool, peel them and take out the pulp. Remove kernels.
  • In a blender, add mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper powder. Blend until you get a smooth and thick mixture.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and sourness by adding more sugar or mango pulp if necessary.
  • Pour the aam panna mixture into a jug or pitcher.
  • To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour aam panna over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Shake well before drinking to combine all the flavors.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy fresh Aam Panna.
