Ingredients to make Samosa:

Flour

Potato

Green chilli

Coriander

Ginger

Oil

Salt

Red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon asafoetida

1 teaspoon celery

Recipe:

To make samosas, first, sift the flour and take it out in a big vessel. Then add salt and carom seeds to this flour. After mixing it well, add water to it while kneading the dough. After kneading the dough well, keep it aside.

After this, take a pan and heat the oil in it. Now add boiled potatoes to it and mash it well. Add green chillies, coriander, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida and celery to these mashed potatoes. Mix these ingredients well. Now keep frying this mixture until the potatoes are cooked well. When cooked, take out the potatoes on a plate.

Now it's time to make samosas. For this, take the kneaded dough and roll it like a balll, flatten it and make it like a round disc. Cut this disk into two parts. Fold one half into a cone and fill it with the potato mixture. Seal the edges with the help of wet dough.

Prepare all the samosas in the same manner. If you want, you can also fry them in oil. If you do not like to eat fried samosas, you can also air fry them.
