Necessary ingredients :
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 2 Onions
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- salt as per taste
First of all, sieve the flour, now take it in a vessel. Add salt and some oil to it and knead it. After kneading keep the dough covered.
After this, finely chop the onion and green chilies in it. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Put onion and green chili in hot oil and fry it well. Inside it again add turmeric, salt, red chili, coriander, garam masala, and mix it. Take an egg in this mixture and crack it and also add coriander leaves.
Now fry all the mixture and spices. Paratha stuffing is ready.
- Break a small ball of dough with the help of a palm, make it round and roll it. Fill this dough with 1 tsp mixture and then fold the dough.
After this, roll it big.
Keep the tawa on the gas for heating and apply some oil on it. Now put the prepared paratha on it and fry the paratha by applying oil from both the sides and fry it well.
When the paratha is cooked from both the sides, take it out in a plate. Make all the parathas in the same way. Your delicious and wonderful Egg Paratha is ready, serve it with hot chutney, curd or sauce.
