Milk/cream - 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
Ghee/butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

- Saffron threads
- Dried fruits (chopped)
First of all, take a bowl, add coconut, milk powder, sugar powder, and knead it like a dough.
Heat ghee in a pan and after that you have to add the coconut mixture and mix it.
After this, you have to add cream to it and cook it for 7-8 minutes while stirring it well on a low flame.
Once the mixture becomes granular, keep it aside to cool down.
Knead a soft dough with the prepared mixture.
Now by applying some ghee to your hands, you have to prepare round-shaped pedas with the mixture.
Garnish it with saffron, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
Take your coconut malai peda is ready.
