Recipe: Chana Dal Kebab is delicious to eat, learn the easy recipe!

“Kebab” is a dish that everyone likes. Whether you enjoy it with just tea and chutney or with parathas, there is no denying the deliciousness of kebabs. Let us learn today how to make these kebabs easily at home.

Ingredients for Chana Dal Kebab:

300 grams chana dal

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

A handful of coriander leaves

3 green chillies

1 cup refined oil

1 cup boiled potatoes

2 teaspoons chaat masala

4 tablespoons bread crumbs

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black pepper as required

Method to make chana dal kebab:

To make chana dal kebabs, you will have to soak chana dal overnight. If you want to make these immediately, then soak chana dal for at least 4 hours and then grind it to make a smooth paste.

Take a bowl, take out the chana dal paste from the mixer, and add boiled potatoes. Then add all the spices and mix the mixture well.

Now add lemon juice, green coriander, green chili, and bread crumbs and knead it well.

Take a pan, and add some oil to it. While the oil is heating, shape the mixture into small kebabs with your hands.

When the oil is hot enough, add the chana dal kebabs to the pan and fry them until they become golden brown and crisp. Fry them on low flame to cook them evenly.

When the kebabs become golden and crisp, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

Your chana dal kebabs are ready to serve! Enjoy them with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
