250 grams potatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tomato chopped
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon or as per taste Lemon juice
Chopped green chillies as per taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them.
Peel the boiled potatoes and place them in a bowl. Then mash it well.
Add chopped onion, green chilli, green coriander, salt and oil and mix well.
Aloo chokha is ready, but some people make it with tomatoes also.
For this, put oil in a pan, fry cumin and add onion, then add tomato and cook well.
Add the prepared mixture to it and cook on low flame for some time.
Switch off the gas and add chopped coriander leaves to it. Aloo Chokha is ready.
