Gram flour/gram flour - 2 cups

chopped fenugreek - ½ bowl

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Onion - 2 pieces

Tomato - 1

Salt to taste

Green chili - 1-2

Carom seeds (carom seeds) - 1 tsp

A pinch of asafoetida

Fresh coriander



Chop onion, tomato, and green chilies.

Take a bowl and add gram flour, onion, tomato, green chilies, parsley, chopped coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, asafoetida, and salt.

Make a thin batter by adding water as required. Mix all the ingredients very well so that there are no lumps.

- Heat olive oil in a pan. Then add some batter to it. Spread it in a round shape.

Shallow fry the cheela till it turns brown from both sides.

Add a little olive so that the cheela does not stick to the pan or burn.

Tasty gram flour cheela is ready.
