Recipe- Beetroot chutney tastes amazing, make and consume it like this!

Beetroot is very healthy. Eating this significantly increases the amount of haemoglobin in the body. Women and adolescent girls generally complain of anaemia. In such a situation, things made from beetroot can be beneficial. The name of beetroot chutney also comes in this list. It is not only healthy but it also helps in enhancing the taste of food. It is very easy to make and it is ready in less time. If it is included in the diet of children, there will be a lot of improvement in their health.

Material:

Beetroot – 2

Tomatoes – 2

Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp

Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp

Green Chillies – 1

Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp

Dry Red Chillies – 3-4

Sugar – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1 tsp

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Red Chillies Powder – 1 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Method:

-Peel the beetroot and cut it into small pieces.

-Finely chop tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli and fresh coriander.

- Add chopped beetroot and tomatoes in a pan and also add whole red chillies.

- Add some water and salt to the pan, then cook on high flame.

-Cook the tomatoes while stirring on high flame for at least 10 minutes.

-When the beetroot and tomatoes are cooked, turn off the flame and let them cool.

-When it cools down, grind the mixture in a blender and make a puree.

-Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.

-Add cumin and fry for a few seconds. Then add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies to it. Fry until golden.

- Add garam masala and red chilli powder, mix well and fry the spices.

When the spices are roasted well, pour the prepared puree into the pan.

-Stir and cook for some time. Then add sugar and salt as per taste.

-Cook until the mixture thickens.

-Turn off the flame, let it cool down a bit and then add lemon juice and chopped coriander.

Your beetroot chutney is ready to serve.
