Necessary ingredients

Raw bananas - 4-5

Black pepper powder - As required 

Groundnut oil - for frying 

Rock salt - As required 

Water - As required



First of all, mix water and rock salt in a bowl.

After this, peel off the banana and soak it in water for 10-15 minutes.

Now cut the bananas into the shape of chips and spread them on a cloth for 10 minutes so that the banana water dries up.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the banana chips till they become light golden.

Take it out on a serving plate and serve after adding rock salt and black pepper on top.
