Recipe- Arbi ki chaat is very delicious to eat, note down the recipe!

Apart from being delicious to eat, Arbi Chaat is also healthy for the body. Chaat is prepared by boiling colocasia and mixing it with chutney.
Material:
4-6 pieces of arbi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp fresh coriander
2 green chillies
1 tbsp sweet chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
Chaat masala as per taste
Black salt as per taste
Ginger
Salt as per taste
Method:
First of all, add water to the pressure cooker and cook the arbi till 4-6 whistles.
When the pressure in the cooker is released, drain the water and peel the cooked arbi.
Take out the arbi in a bowl and pour sweet and green chutney over it.
Then, sprinkle red chilli powder, regular salt, black salt, green chilli and chaat masala. Mix everything well.
Your arbi chaat is ready. Garnish it with fresh coriander and ginger leaves and serve.
